Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez (/ˈfɛstve̜c/ /ji̽k/ [weird; strange; bizarre; peculiar] [fabric; textile]) is a subtropical Town located in the Evrezdre̜t Moot of the Viceroyalty of Rosid.

The name Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez is derived from the Wood Elvish language, as Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez was founded by Ceridwen Gharthat, who was culturaly Wood Elven.

Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez was founded durring the early 11th century, by Ceridwen Gharthat. The establishment of Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow cobblestone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez's somewhat suffishent are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Fëstve̜chy Yi̽k Kez’s streets. The town is very clearly a joyfull place as well as relaxing. Music can be heard often, as well as laughter. The smell of food and drink permiates the air. You can’t help but smile.
